Bonsai Feng Shui

The new age has tainted the image of bonsai, suggesting that it is restricted energy and therefore poor fengshui. If you have ever worked with bonsai, you would recognise immediately that this is not the case... in fact the truth is very much the opposite. Bonsai is focused, amplified energy developed over many years of establishing an intimate connection with mother nature thru the expression and development of a living sculpture that captures our own essence, thru a process of magnification with the bonsai release this energy year after year thru amazing bursts of colors during autumn, thru its changing forms during winter, and its rigerous growth during the summer months. There is nothing restricted about bonsai; it is concentrated energy, cultivated for a purpose - focused and directed to deliver what is true beauty in expression.

It is afterall the Chinese who developed the sacred practices of Feng Shui, and are also the very creators of the bonsai practices. Why would such articulated practisioners encourage an artform that compromised their very believe system / lifestyle?
